A year ago, we purchased three Kyocera laser printers, as the cost to purchase through the state contract was really low and the supplies were relatively inexpensive per page cost. After working with Century Business and their commitment to service and training on the Kyocera products, we went with them for a new service contract for three new Kyocera network copy machines this summer. They demonstrated the cost savings per copy with the Kyocera and the thing that we were most impressed with, was Century Business commitment to service and training! I have recently renewed our School Districts copier lease with Century Business Products and have been extremely pleased with the speed of which I am getting attention to any issues we have and supply orders, it used to take 2 - 3 weeks to get toners/supplies in from our last vendor, and service was even longer. Thankfully I haven't needed service yet, but I must comment to the attentiveness of our unique environments and working with my staff to ensure every available option is fully functional for our users. In our past lease, we had options on the copiers that were never configured to work for us, and paid more for less, we saved over $140,000 on a 5 year lease and have 6 more copiers than prior also.
